Service tickets can be opened through ATT Express ticketing by visiting
https://expressticketing.acss.att.com/expressticketing/
Select "Create Ticket" and follow the step by step instructions
You will also be able to view and escalate tickets through this portal
Remember to have the following ready
- number you are opening a ticket on
- location contact name and number (if possible provide a cell number)
- location access hours in case a tech must be dispatched
- at least 2 call samples that includes
You will need to provide the number or account number
First try opening a ticket through Express Ticketing. This speeds the process up and allows you to escalate through portal every hour
Have the circuit number, location contact for each end, and service address available to provide the agent.
