Conferencing Service Migration

Sept 1, 2022, PGi is announcing that we have sold a portion of ourtraditional conferencing business to LoopUp, a leading global provider of conferencing software and services. Your new LoopUp contracting entity, together with details for formal notices, can be found here LoopUp contracting entity.


What does this change mean to me?

LoopUp will become your new conferencing provider for Audio Conferencing, SoundPath Legal, Operated Assisted, GlobalMeet Collaboration,  WebEx, and ReadyTalk services. They will be responsible for hosting, supporting and billing your services going forward.
 

The migration will take place over the next several weeks.  We want to give you peace of mind that, apart from in isolated cases that LoopUp will communicate separately as necessary, the following key aspects of your service  will remain unchanged:

  • Primary dial-in numbers  will remain unchanged;
  • Moderator and participant passcodes / access codes will remain unchanged;
  • All rates used in the prior 6 months on the PGi platform (“Active Call Rates”) will remain unchanged.


 Why are you making this change?

Over the last 2 years, the global move towards cloud collaboration and UCaaS has rapidly accelerated and we believe LoopUp is properly positioned to better support you and your essential communications needs.


What should I do next?

You do not need to do anything yet! The migration will be phased over several weeks and LoopUp will be contacting you shortly to notify you of your organization's scheduled migration dates and any changes that will apply to your service(s).
